This Privacy Policy explains how 1CNY VPN (the "Service", "we", or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when providing mobile, desktop, and related VPN services. We process data under a minimum-necessary approach and aim to balance service reliability with privacy protection.

When you download, launch, or use the App, we may process necessary operational information such as IP address, device operating system, app version, connection status, error logs, and in-app paths. This information is used to recommend suitable routes, identify regional failures, improve stability, and send account, security, or service notices. We do not use it to build personal browsing profiles.

To support crash analysis, payment verification, message delivery, and basic analytics, we may share anonymized or aggregated data with necessary partners such as Google Play Services and Firebase. Except for legal procedures, regulatory requirements, user-safety protection, or confidential service-provider cooperation, we do not disclose identifiable personal information to third parties. You may stop future processing by uninstalling the App or closing your account.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and a reasonable retention window afterward. To close an account, delete personal information, or ask about data handling, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The Service is not intended for children under 13. If we discover accidental collection from a child, we will delete the information as soon as reasonably possible.

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to legal requirements, product changes, or operational adjustments. Please review this page regularly.
