This agreement is a legal contract between you and 1CNY VPN (the "Service Provider") regarding downloading, installing, accessing, and using the App and related VPN services.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, translate, or create derivative works from the App without authorization. Intellectual property in the App, related marks, interface, documents, and service content belongs to the Service Provider. You are responsible for device security, account credentials, and payment credentials. Jailbreaking or rooting a device is not recommended because it may create security risks or app failures.

The Service may integrate necessary third-party services, including Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, payment channels, or distribution platforms. When using related features, you may also be bound by those providers' terms and privacy policies.

Service functionality depends on a stable network environment. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by local network outages, carrier restrictions, unpaid device service, system settings, roaming charges, or third-party platform limitations. Confirm data fees and billing authorization before using mobile data or international roaming.

Users are responsible for their own conduct and must comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and service limits. We work to maintain route information and client compatibility, but no route, protocol, or third-party platform is guaranteed to remain available permanently. Install official updates promptly for better security and stability. The Service Provider may adjust, suspend, or terminate parts of the Service when necessary.

No-refund principle: Once digital service access, membership benefits, or software licenses are activated, the transaction is generally final and not eligible for no-reason refunds.

Customer support: If you experience connection, account, or installation issues, contact support. We will help diagnose the issue and provide reasonable solutions.

Technical issues: If temporary failures occur, we will work to restore service or provide alternate routes. A single network fluctuation usually does not create a refund right.

Unauthorized use: Refunds may be refused if accounts, licenses, or digital benefits are shared, resold, abused, or used for prohibited activity.

Policy changes: We may revise this refund policy as product or compliance requirements change. Updates take effect after publication on the website.
